Topic - “Disease burden attributed to household air pollution: What is the evidence and what can be done?”

This event will establish the public health relevance and burden of disease from household air pollution, provide the emerging evidence on addressing the issue from a public health perspective and share updated information on availability of demonstrably ‘clean’ solutions in Ghana. The role of the Ghanaian clinician in education and awareness creation will be also be highlighted.
